Obituary for Donald Ray Grosser
Donald Ray Grosser died peacefully in hospice on July 1, 2017 in Denver, CO at the age of 66.
Donn is survived by his “Bride”, Sharon Grosser of Thornton, CO and his children Donna (spouse Jason Hale), Rachelle (spouse Chad Burke), and Shaun (spouse Hannah Morrison). He had 7 grandchildren Orion & Ezrie Hale, Emilyn, Rilyn, and Brenlyn Burke, and Malia & Addie Grosser. He is preceded in death by Bernard Grosser (father), Anna Marie Grosser (mother), Ernest Grosser (brother), Elmer Tatar (father-in-law), and Mary Tatar (mother-in-law).
Donn was born on June 8, 1951 in Dickenson, ND to Bernard & Anna Marie Grosser. He graduated from Dickenson High School in 1970. He was married to Sharon Tatar in 1973. After moving to Denver, CO, Donn began working for Western Electric where he worked until 2001.
A funeral is scheduled for Thursday, July 6th at 10:30am at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Northglenn, CO, with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Donn’s life. In lieu of flowers, please donate in Donn’s name to The Denver Hospice (8299 Lowry Blvd, Denver CO 80230).
