Obituary for Eloise Lapetina
Federal Heights resident Eloise Lapetina, 73, passed away Friday, November 25, 2011 at Denver Hospice at Lowry in Denver.
Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00AM Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at DeWitt & Tabler Funeral Home in Thornton with Pastor Gary Belk officiating.
Memorials May be given to the American Cancer Society or the Susan G Komen Foundation.
Eloise was born September 3, 1938, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Dudley and Adele (Roberts) Edblom. She grew up in St. Paul and graduated from St. Paul Central High School with the class of 1956. Eloise attended the Minnesota School of Business.
While raising four children, she owned and ran a retail flower business. She also held the position of Executive Assistant with Great West Life Insurance Company of Colorado and retired at the age of 65. Remarried after the kids all grew up, Eloise and her husband John enjoyed camping and fishing.
Eloise is survived by four children, Daniel Grove, Debra McCarthy, David Grove and wife Valerie, and Douglas Grove; five grandchildren, Kelly, Dylan, Emile, Joshua, and Jeremy; sister, Joyce Delestry and husband James.
