Obituary for Glen Leroy Campbell
Glen Campbell passed on Oct. 22nd 2016 surrounded by family while listening to bag pipes playing in the background. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, friend and neighbor.
Glen was the second son of four, born to Roy and Grace Campbell on July 17th 1941 in Montrose, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his parents,Brother Donald Campbell, son-in law Charles (Charlie) Childerston, and Grandson Cody Childerston.
He is survived by his son Troy Campbell (Ramona), and daughters Dean’na Lanford (Richard) and Glenda Childerston.
His grandchildren Ashleigh Lanford (Oscar), Timothy Campbell (Marci), Brittany Gross (Nico),and Matthew Campbell (Lauren).
His Great-grandchildren, Riley, Zain, Allyson, Jackson, Cheyenne, and Ophelia.
His brothers, Jim Campbell (Kay), Roger (Jane) Campbell, and sister in-law Marilyn Campbell along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Glen had many friends and neighbors who were very near and dear to him.
Glen was a member of the Masonic Lodge, South gate #138 of South Denver, Colorado.
Glen retired as a Grand Officer Emeritus....
