Obituary for Josephine Renee Hernandez
Josephine Renee Hernandez, “Jo”, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 6, 2015 at the young age of 38. She is survived by her mother, Janet Hansen, of Frederick, Colorado, father, Joe Hernandez of Greeley, Colorado, sister Roshel Hernandez of Greeley, Jordan Hansen of Lafayette, nephews Steven, Adrian, and Nicholas and great nieces Aneaya and Ilia, grandparents Alex and Carol Torres, Grandmother, Patty Hernandez, aunts and uncles, and numerous cousins who loved her. Josephine was a brilliant, loving person with many good friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Engineering. She loved to travel before getting sick two and a half years ago. Memorial services will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lafayette, Colorado located at 715 Cabrini Drive. Rosary will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by mass at 10:30 on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. The family invites you to stay for a reception at the church following the service.
