Obituary for Julia Diana Valdez
Mother Julia Diana Valdez was born on April 25 1940, to Lucy Montoya and Candido Valdez, Julia received her formal education from Denver public schools and though she was blessed with motherhood at the age of 19 and was not able to graduate high school with her peers. Julia was determined to attain her high school diploma and did so later in life. Mother Julia had many job descriptions throughout her life, working at a large distribution center for a number of years as well as other manufacturing companies. But what Mother Julia did best was exactly that; MOTHER... Mother not only to her four children, but Mother to her youngest siblings as well. Mother Julia was a kind and caring woman. Never one to complain or want for anything except, for the health and happiness of others. Julia will be greatly missed by each and every person that was fortunate enough to have known her. Julia is survived by three son's Timothy, Joseph and Samuel and by daughter Jennifer Valdez. as well as nineteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, with brothers Joseph,Rudy,Daniel,Ben and sisters Barbara,Florence,Victoria. Julia was preceded in death by sisters Mary Calderon and Juanita Ramirez. Mother Julia went to be with our Lord on Friday May 18 2012. Services to be held Thursday May 24, 2012, 11:00am at DeWitt & Tabler Funeral Home.
