Karl was born October 10, 1928 in Torschau, Yugoslavia to Karl and Elizabeth (Kinzinger) Herz.
Who have proceeded him in death, as well as his brother Chris. Karl immigrated to the US at the age of 12, He met and married his beloved wife Christina whom he leaves behind after 61 years. he is also survived by Son Steven; daughter Linda; four grandchildren; Lindsey, Lacey, Colton, and Tyler; two nieces, Larissa and Karin; brother in law, Frank Scherer; and sister in law, Gerta Herz
