Obituary for Lee Donald Bennet
Lee Bennet, of Thornton, Colorado passed away on March 2, 2011. He was 77 years old. He was born on October 17, 1933 in Denver, Colorado to Claude & Violet Bennet. Lee is survived by his wife of 57 years, Kathryn, sons, Larry, Brian and Darrell, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Lee was a Navy Veteran and a DU graduate. He was the Chamber of COmmerce Manager at Sterling and Englewood, CO. Served for 23 years as the Executive Director of the Colorado Retail Council. Memorial Service to be held Monday March 7, 2011, 11:00 AM at Crossroads Church 10451 Huron. Donations to Youth for Christ care to Cindy at Crossroads Church. Arrangements made by DeWitt & Tabler Funeral Home.
