Obituary for Leonard Thomas Burke
Our loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather has gone to be with our Lord on October 28th 2014. He was born June 15, 1936 to Leonard and Alice (Mc Donald) Burke. He married Shirley Lee Martin on October 26, 1957. He was a very dedicated husband and father, working hard to take care of his family. He was very hardworking man since the young age of 10 doing everything from Seafood Sales to restaurant management. He is survived by his loving wife Shirley, His 7 kids Sherma (John) Flores, Matthew (Bridget) Burke, Jeff (Mary) Burke, Lori (Rick) High, Larry (Cherie) Burke, Jason (Dawnelle) Burke, and Brenda (Rory) Roman. 17 Grandchildren (with one on the way) and 12 great-grandchildren (with 2 on the way). The family will have a viewing and Rosery Thursday the 30th of October from 5 to 8 PM, at Dewitt and Tabler Funeral Home 12114 Grant Circle, Thornton, Colorado. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 AM Friday the 31st of October at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church 11385 Grant Drive, Northglenn Colorado, 80233.
