Obituary for Ryan Alan Franciose
Ryan Alan Franciose (Frenchy), 37 years old of Denver Colorado, originally from Barre, Massachusetts, was tragically killed in a work accident on July 5th in Thornton, CO.
He was born on May 4th 1981 to the pure delight of his mother, Lynne Franciose of Hubbardston and father, Wayne Franciose of Barre and will remain solidly in their hearts for all of time. Ryan was a powerful and accomplished skateboarder.  A lover of an eclectic mix of music, film and literature, cooking and art.  He could philosophize about astrophysics one minute, and figure out the optimal way to chug a Coors the next. His motto was ‘don’t threaten me with a good time.’
Above all he was a remarkable and devoted father. Ryan’s deep introspection and profound love for his family is summed up in a recent message to Graham, ‘They say you can’t love anyone til you love yourself.  That’s not true.  I would gladly take a bullet for any of my family and physically pull the head off anyone who f@*%#d with my daughter.’
Ryan is survived by the love of his life, his beautiful and precious 3 year old daughter Donavyn.
He also leaves her mother, Priscilla Jerez; brothers Graham Franciose and Samuel Dahlberg; his mom Lynne Franciose and dad Wayne Franciose and stepmom Pamela Genelli and stepbrother John Genelli and stepsister Jessica Genelli; maternal grandmother Ellen Mowrey and maternal grandfather Robert Jette and his wife Lisa Jette, paternal grandmother June Franciose, and predeceased by paternal grandfather Reginald Franciose.  He has a large family on both sides including all of the aunts, uncles and cousins who he loved and who loved him dearly in all times shared.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday July 14th at the South Barre Rod and Gun Club (2626 Barre Rd, Hardwick, MA 01037) from 11am-3?
A celebration of life will also be held in Denver, Colorado at Tooey’s (1521 N Marion St, Denver, CO 80218) in August, date TBD.
