Theodore “Ted” Ashcroft
Born August 26, 1938. Passed July 2, 2016.
Ted was born to James and Anna Ashcroft in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Ted was a boy scout, an officer in the Junior Air Corps., and a Reservist in the United States Coast Guard. As an office supply salesman, he was a self-made-man, a successful entrepreneur, and had his own company for many years. Ted had a love of the outdoors, taking care of his house and yard, and enjoyed spending time driving in the mountains.
Ted loved his family, and enjoyed watching his grandchildren playing sports and participating in various activities. Ted was known as “Poppa Ted” “Grampa Pa”, but we knew him best as “Dad”.
Ted is survived by his sons, Jeremy (Leah) and Mark, his grandchildren, Taylor (Kristyn), Jessica, and Logan; and his siblings, Shirley, Ken and Earl.
