Obituary for William ‘Jack’ Garcia Sr.
William ‘Jack’ Garcia Sr. passed away peacefully, May 11, 2015 in the comfort of his own home in which he shared with Sandy Carrick. He was born February 28, 1955. He is preceded in death by his father, Bennie Garcia Jr., sister, Louanna ‘Butchie’ Garcia, brother, Timothy ‘Sean’ Garcia, and sister-in-law, Vanessa Garcia. He is survived by his three children, William ‘Billy’ (Caryl) Garcia Jr., Mandy (Brian) Maldonado, and Alicia Garcia; his mother, Lucy Garcia; two sisters and three brothers; Diana (Ray) Nunez, Ben ‘Sonny’ Garcia III, Steve Garcia, Randy (Lucia) Garcia, Bernadine (Joey) DeGarbo. Jack was a beloved uncle, friend, as well as a loving grandfather to 8 grandchildren, Jaelen, Jared, Maliyah, Geneva, Desirae, Isaac, Isiah, and Cobe. He will be greatly missed by many. The family has entrusted DeWitt and Tabler funeral home with the arrangements. Friends and family are encouraged to attend a memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Jack Garcia, Sunday May 17, 2015 at 12pm at 12114 Grant St., Thornton CO. Reception immediately following from 1pm – 3pm hosted at the Holiday Inn Express 12030 Grant St., Thornton, CO 80241.
