Obituary for Donald Gregg Rose Sr.
Gregg Rose Veteran of The United States Marine Corps was called home by his heavenly Father on Thursday, April 30th after a short battle with cancer. Gregg was born on September 6th, 1955, to Samuel Rose and Clara Mae Beck in Akron, Ohio. Gregg moved to Thornton, Colorado, (May 1982) with his wife Jo Ann and established his career at Robertsons Associates (End Plant) in 1982 (14 yrs) and later worked for MillerCoors for 24 years. Gregg loved to ride his Harley, bird hunt, and spend his summers in Gunnison, CO with his wife and family, camping, fly fishing and hiking.
Gregg leaves behind Jo Ann Catanese Rose his wife of 38 years, sons Dominic Anthony (Brittany) Greeley, CO, step-son Leo; Donald (Donnie) Gregg, Jr. (Alli) Commerce City, granddaughter Penelope; sister Susan Stevenson (Akron, OH) nieces Kelly, Angela, Kristy; brother Gary Rose (Valerie) Thornton, nephew Marc and niece Monica; nieces, Carrie Rose (Akron, OH); Tricia Daurauy (Brighton, CO); sister-inlaw Pat Marks (Steve) Edgewood, KY, nephews Larry and Joe (OH).
A Military Commital Service at Fort Logan National Cemetery and a Celebration of Life will be held and announced later (Date /Time to be detirmined).
