Obituary for Donald Eugene Mitchell
Thornton resident, Donald Eugene Mitchell passed away on December 18, 2017 at the age of 66.
Don was born in Denver, Colorado on October 23, 1951 to Frank D. and Marie E. (Younger) Mitchell.
Preceding Don in death were his mother Marie Mitchell; sisters Linda, Patty, and Carrie Grumbles; and brother Darrell. His father, Frank D. Mitchell, passed away December 26, 2017.
Don is survived by his children: Ryan, Megan, Matthew and Mackenzie; siblings: David (Rita) Mitchell, Bobby (Shari) Mitchell, Marcia (Larry) Arnold, Dewey Mitchell, and Robert A. Mitchell; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A service celebrating both Don E. and Frank’s lives will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Christian Fellowship, 9200 Hoffman Way, Thornton, CO 80229.
