Amazing Grace How Sweet the Sound, that Saved a Wretch Like Me… and with the same Amazing Grace, Katherine Whigham Reimer stepped into the presence of her Lord on the morning of July 23rd, 2012. The Fighter Has Left the Ring… Kathy’s final fight with cancer is over and she is at peace in the presence of the Savior. The final round finished, she had completed her race with all the tenacity of a fighter, which was the way she lived her life every day. Katherine is survived by her sister Francis Ray of Odessa, TX and by her daughter Sherry Dale Smith, of Thornton, CO. Though many stories will be told of the ‘Adventures’ that she embarked upon, she led a full life. All that knew her will miss Katherine’s presence. There will be 2 memorial services conducted for Katherine. The first will be in Oklahoma City at Crestview Baptist Church, 7715 South Hiwassee Road Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73150.
