Obituary for Shelley Marie Eater
On September 23, 2015 this world lost a wonderful woman, mother, sister, relative, and friend. Shelley Eater was one of the most caring, selfless souls that anyone could meet. She volunteered and gave to others every chance she got. She lived by the motto “someone always has it worse than me.” She instilled the same belief in her daughter Brianna. Shelley had the amazing ability to draw people to her, and she never lost or forgot a friend. She always had a smile on her face. She had a wonderful sense of humor. Some of her favorite excursions were to events or places others would never consider. One of her unachieved goals was to get to Punxsutawney, PA for Ground Hog Day. She believed it was a good day if you had a cookie.
Shelley may you forever have a smile on your face and a cookie in your hand. Be at peace with God and waiting to meet us with a cookie when our time comes.
